The Belize Fund is seeking qualified and experienced consultants or firms to design a comprehensive Performance Appraisal System and evaluate the organization’s compensation structure. This consultancy opportunity aims to establish performance metrics and a reward system to incentivize staff while enhancing employee engagement.
The assessment will focus on improving existing HR tools and developing a competitive compensation and benefits package to attract, retain, and reward well-qualified and capable personnel. While basic HR policies and procedures are in place, the Belize Fund recognizes the urgent need for a structured approach to performance management and employee compensation to drive organizational excellence.
Key Objectives and Scope of Work:
- Develop a performance appraisal system to measure employee performance ensuring compliance with established metrics and benchmarks outlined in the Employees’ Operation Manual and job descriptions.
- Create a compensation and benefits structure informed by data from other Conservation Trust Funds (CTFs) and HR best practices.
- Ensure the appraisal and compensation tools align with the Organizational Strategic Plan.
- Recognize employee performance, boost morale, and enhance motivation in today’s competitive marketplace.
