We’re seeking a motivated, highly qualified, and well-organized professional to support community-driven conservation initiatives by providing financial oversight, technical assistance, and project management support to grant recipients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening grant applications and conducting organizational assessments
- Support financial and budget planning for projects
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
- Provide technical and financial oversight to grant recipients
- Coordinate capacity-building initiatives and partnerships
- Assist with project execution, events, and administrative needs
- Monitor project progress and report on expenditures
- Ensure alignment with Fund policies and objectives
Candidate Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in management, administration, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in project-related work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours when needed

Remuneration
