Question 1: Are you looking to hire individuals or open to team-up with design studios to complete the tasks under the Terms of Reference?
- Response: We welcome proposals from both individual consultants and firms. The selection process will prioritize demonstrated expertise and the ability to fulfill the tasks outlined in the Terms of Reference. Selection will not be solely based on the lowest financial proposal submitted.
Question 2: Are there templates for form documents which should be used for submission, or is the proposer able to submit using their own standard forms?
- Response: Interested consultants are free to submit their standard forms, provided all documents are consolidated into a single PDF file.
Question 3: Are you able to share the current size of the content migration? Is there existing infrastructure to support this move or should this be provided by the consultant?
- Response: The current content to be migrated is approximately 6 GB and is hosted on a WordPress platform.
Question 4: What specific interactive features are being sought, if known, this will assist us in determining process and scope for assessment?
- Response: Please click here to a list of suggested interactive features envisioned for the website. However, we value the consultant’s expertise and recommendations regarding industry standards for user interface, functionality, and overall performance.
Question 5: The TOR requests support post website completion for a short time period. Please indicate an estimated range of the support services minimum timeframe required if known, or will this be determined at the inception stage?
- Response: We anticipate this activity to span six months, inclusive of the period for post launch support and optimization, estimating a minimum timeframe of two months. However, we expect that if this estimated timeframe is not realistic for the consultant, the submitted proposal will indicate a revised timeframe for completion of this consultancy.
