The Belize Fund is seeking a Technical Director (TD) to provide strategic and operational oversight of its grantmaking and programmatic portfolio.

The Technical Director will play a central leadership role in ensuring that the Fund’s investments deliver measurable environmental and socio-economic impact. Working closely with the Executive Director, the TD will coordinate program implementation, strengthen partnerships, support resource mobilization, and guide program teams toward achieving the Fund’s mission.

This role contributes directly to advancing effective ocean governance and building a resilient blue economy for Belize.
