The Belize Fund is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the coordination and implementation of key conservation and climate adaptation projects, including GEF-funded projects.

The Program Manager will coordinate the grantmaking process — from grant planning and proposal review to progress monitoring and reallocation decisions — and will manage day-to-day project delivery in line with the ProDoc, Grant Agreement, and Annual Work Plan and Budget. The PM will supervise program staff (including the Project Officer), lead stakeholder and partner engagement, and ensure reporting compliance with relevant standards.
