Belize Fund hosted a Strategic Planning Workshop

Today, we conducted a Strategic Planning Meeting, bringing together our dedicated staff and esteemed Board of Directors and their alternates.

This meeting is critical to developing the Belize Fund’s Strategic Plan for 2024-2027.

We can’t wait to share the final Strategic Plan detailing transformative initiatives and impactful strides towards a sustainable future!

The Belize Fund is governed by an independent Board comprising nine members, with a non-government majority, that includes representatives from the major stakeholders in Belize’s blue space and the government. Board members are representatives from The Nature Conservancy – TNC in Belize, the Ministry of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation; the Belize Tourism Industry Association; the Belize Fisheries Council; the Ministry of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management; the Ministry of Economic Development; the University of Belize; the Belize Network of NGOs; and a Bipartisan Representative.
